Anyone know exactly what this software does? Besides the fact that it scans proxy servers? We're having aproblem with someone hacking into one of our machines and using this tool.

Any info is appreciated.

What network monitoring tools are available. I manage over 150+ computers in 3 labs, with sensitive research data on a few machines. This is all for a university.
