Proxy woes

I currently have a home network setup like this:

---------------[Cable Modem]
--------------------|
----------------[Router]
-----------------/-----\
----------------/-------\
-------------[Hub]---[Comp3]
-------------/---\
------------/-----\
--------[Comp1]-[Comp2]

It is a Linksys Cable modem: BEFCMU10.
Linksys Router: BEFSR41.
Netgear Hub: EN104TP.
All Linksys Ethernet cards.

Now, the current setup is working fine for the purposes I have been using it for. I am trying to add some software to my machine that I can not seem to get to work with this setup.

I am trying to get A4Proxy(Proxy program for anonymous surfing) to work on Comp1. The problem I seem to be having is getting the program to work from behind the Router. I have been looking EVERYWHERE for some information on how I can get this software to work from behind a router, but I can not seem to find it. So either it is VERY easy and I am just missing it, or it is a little complicated and not much info is found on it.

Either way, I was wondering if anyone knew how I might get this software up and running. Or maybe even point me in the direction of where I might find some helpful info on the subject. I do not mind chaning the layout of my network, although I would like to try and keep both Comp1 and Comp2 connected to the hub like they are now.

I appreciate ANY help and advice that is given!
