Hey guys,
I'm currently behind a fairly lax firewall at work. I work a late evening/night shift and it's very dead most of the night. I'm wanting to try and play some pretty basic games that require a certain port (6112). I've been trying Your Freedom as my proxy, but the port doesn't get forwarded the way I want.
Bnet only connects through 6112 and I basically want all my traffic to get routed through my desktop at home (which I can connect to through logmein.) I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to proxies and the likes, and am hoping for some assistance in getting the right proxy server software to run and the best way to run it. I couldn't find a networking forum so I thought this would be the best place to put this topic. Any suggestions?
I'm at a loss and when googling the results are somewhat overwhelming!
