Proxy Setup help please

Ok I tried posting this in the networking forum but no one has responded.

Help me out please.

I work for my university so I have a computer on campus that runs windows 2000 professional which also has a static IP. Off campus I can dial up to the school's server via 56K modem. The school limits the dialup access to only intranet access so I can't get to any external pages outside the school's network. My work computer has access to outside the network. In windows 2000 how do I set the computer up to be a proxy server so when I dial into the school's server I can use my work computer as a proxy to access external websites?

Thanks in advance.

Jim

BTW the work computer is on a t3 connection. Is there proxy software that will do it? I know ICS wants two connections to be able to setup sharing.
