Proxy Server on WM6.1

As the title states, I'm looking for a proxy server that I can run on a ARMv4i WM6.1 device. The only one I can find only supports HTTP GET. Otherwise I might be forced to write one myself.

I'm trying, but I cannot think of any good reason why you would ever want to do this. Now I'm curious.
 
2 use cases.

1. GPRS connection, and want to share that w/ computer via activesync.
2. I have a customer that wants to redirect to custom error pages without having to change their existing servers or codebase (aka I do all the work).
