Proxy Needed for dial-up (Cheap or Free)

Still stuck on Dial-up at home and was looking to setup a proxy for image caching since we mostly go to the same sites. I am looking for recommendations for a cheap, free is best, solution. I have access to and a pretty good knowledge of ISA server but this would probably be overkill for the house. I have read about AnalogX's offerings and was wondering if anyone has any first hand knowledge with this one.
