Provisional Licence Restriction

I have my NJ provisional license for like 8 months now. I have to wait 12 months total to get regular license. Do cops really enforce 1 passenger limit restriction? What about the hour restrictions?

Get pulled over and that's just another thing you're in trouble for. If you haven't been pulled over in 8 months you're probably safe.

What is the fine for that?

They'll probably revoke / put limitations on your license till age 18 if caught. Plus a fine. Im just guessing.

Generally, with graduated licensing laws, any moving violation or violation of the provisions surrounding the graduated licensing results in a suspension of your license for x amount of time.
