Proview PRO-710 17" used monitor for $40 ... worth it?

Just wondering, I need another monitor and someone I know is selling the eMachines' 17" monitor. It's by Proview and the model is PRO-710. Not flat screen or anything like that. You think it's worth it? A quick response MUCH appreciated as I need to get it within the hour if I am to get it at all.
 
17" for $40.... go for it. Especially for a second, less used monitor, 17" is not bad, and $40 is a steal. If the visual quality is average or better, go for it!
