Also, what is your body type? Height, weight, bf%, etc....

Another n00b poser....:thumbsdown::disgust:

OP I also recommend DPS Nutrition, they are the cheapest usually, and offer great customer service and fast as hell shipping. I always get my orders from there if they have everything in stock. I also recommend ON Whey because it has a high % of whey isolates, and is a good price. Stick with the choclate, strawberry, or rocky road flavors, vanillia is horrible.

DPS Nutrition

That is the one of the cheapest places on the internet. I recommend Optimum Nutrition 100% whey.

ON 100% is awesome. The Double Rich chocolate flavor is awesome. 🙂

You should try some Synthrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel, if you want to spend a little bit more, it tastes awesome (not to mention being almost all WPI)

Okay whatever you say kiddo, your friends fly raptors, and you bench 400 right? What does your air force service have to do with this (thank you though if you aren't lying through your teeth)? And, what do stats have to do with a protein powder??

Oh, and WOW at your responce and direction...lol Hey Jdawg your name is pretty ironic also, I have a friend called JDawg and you don't.:thumbsup:

😕:disgust:

My Air Force service because your name is an Air Force fighter jet. You didnt know that? Did you seriously ask what stats have to do with protein powder? And you are calling me a noob?

The only thing I could see his stats affecting is the amount of protein required per day -1.5g / lb. LBM is a good guideline.

His height, weight, bf%, etc. have no bearing on where a good place to buy protein powder is, and what brands are the best.

Sure they have nothing to do with where to buy from, thats pretty obvious. But it has everything to do with what brands are the best and what kind to get. You dont even know what his goals are and you are telling him 1.5g per pound. Waht if he is training for a triathlon?

Once again you prove your n00bness...no MM is not a protein powder.

Wow, you have got to be kidding me. If MM is not a protein powder, what is it?

Weight gainer n00blet. A beta and alpha casein one at that, which also contains glycocaymine which is now proven to be unsafe...

And, stop reaching (triathalon LOL)...you are wrong.

Cyto Gainer is Cytosport's weight gainer.

MM is too low in calories and protien per serving for me to consider it a weight gainer.

Actually both are gainers, especially due to the high fat count in MM. Cytogainer was cytosports responce to the critcs of MM skepitcal about the "good fats".

LOL n00b, you can stfu, yes it is a gainer, you would not use it as a post workout shake, nor should you use it if you are cutting. While not marketed as one (for obvious reasons) it is for all intensive purposes a gainer.

Quiet down little n00by...

I'm more skeptical about the GCC in it than anything. If I wanna pop protien and creatine in one go I'd do NitroTech instead. But I'd also wait til it got close to expiring and snatch it for 50% off with a 30% employee discount.
