Protection against other users!

Right, so I've been having this problem. Thing is, my computer is kept on at times for long if I'm downloading in the afternoons even if I'm not at home. My sister, she stops the progressing download and starts to surf the internet. Worst she'll never re-start the download once she's done surfing. It's getting annoying now!

I wanted to know if there's a software/application I can download (preferably free). It should be something like: I start it, put in a password and it should then prevent all keystrokes to my computer. Once I get back, I should be able to re-put in the password and get on with my computing needs. Anything like this or similar software out there?

Turn on the setting that says 'on resume, display welcome screen'
