Honestly the best you can do is get a big umbrella liability policy. Check out fatwallet.com for a forum that's full of people with advice on this topic. An LLC on its own isn't worth all that much, if you have substantial real-estate investments you should talk to an asset protection lawyer.

I guess this is why it's so easy to get people to click a misleading or bad link in an e-mail. All you have to do is present a link to someone, and it will be clicked without a second thought.


A random stranger approaches you on the sidewalk and hands you an unmarked bottle of liquid, and says "Drink this." Mmmm.
