Protecting and cleaning my computer

I did a small search and i'm studying for finals so i dont have a lot of time anyway.

i figured this was the place to ask, what programs should i use to clean and protect my computer.

i am using currently:
adaware
norton antivirus
spybot search and destroy

anything else?
