Pros Cons in using Apache instead of IIS on Win2k Adv Server

I am looking to setup the most secure/efficient web server using Win2K adv servers I can. Some will be running Coldfusion Enterprise Server and the others will be running MS SQL.

Should I use Apache or IIS?

Please no flame wars, that isnt the purpose of the post. I am looking for objective insight. And yes, it has to be Win2K adv server. The other servers in the farm will be running on *nix/bsd.

I've found that Apache is more configurable / has more neat options.

Apache also has a good reputation for being secure where-as IIS well... is considered to be pretty insecure.
