Does anyone have pro's or con's against this RAM?

I just bought 3 of these modules for ~255$ (2.200 DKR) Which I thought was cheap?!?!?
I'm running it nicely @ 140 MHz 2-2-2 (CPU: 9.5*106, RAM 139/140)
Runs at 150 too, but my 1 GHz TB is not stable to more than 1,1 GHz, no idea why, because it's not hot!
Can't really tell the difference in temperature from 900 to 1200 MHz.
