I recently upgraded my main rig. I had taken my older Zalman VF700Cu vga cooler off of a 9800XT video card to clean it. As you can tell from the pics it was incredibly dirty. Well, when I went to attach the cooler back onto the video card one of the mounting nipples broke off into the receiving end. I wrote to Zalman (via e-mail) to ask for replacement parts. Now, all I needed was one male nipple/one female nipple. Zalman responded by sending a complete mounting kit in ONE WEEK! So, what else could I do but praise them in a thread on AnandTech.

Let's give it up for Zalman! :thumbsup:
 
I bought a new VF900, and one of the mounting nipples came with no threads on it. It took about 6 weeks for Zalman to ship me a new set.

I love the product but my service wasn't quite as good as yours.
