Through all my problems with this upgrade I have had, Multi-Wave has been very reliable. Yesterday I faxed in a request for an RMA and received an RMA# within a few hours. Also, I have had to have a few parts overnighted and each time the part shipped out the same day I ordered it.

I hope places like Multi-Wave and Newegg make it through the rubble of all the dot com failures as they sure do make it easy to buy from them.
