Props to a good online PC mods store

Just wanted to give props to Performance-PCs. I ordered about $100 worth of mod parts from them, one of them being a 1' molex to molex UV react. extension cable. I incorrectly chose green heatshrink with red wire mesh. I wasn't aware I made that mistake until they e-mailed me directly, asking if that's what I meant to pick and offering to manually change the order. That's pretty good service in my book. Not many stores would take the time to follow up like that. So, I just wanted to drop ya'll a note. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, just a happy customer, so I thought I'd share :) This is the mods forum after all, and they're a mods store!

Sweet!
I have a similar experience with Frozencpu...
The first time I ordered from Frozencpu, i ordered a 3.5" floppy bay cover with 2 holes for CCFL light switches and I left it as default color on accident. Incidently default was silver at the time, and my case is black. I called them up, and they sent me a black one no charge 2nd day shipping, and told me to keep the silver one for free.

SVC.com has refunded me my shipping cost to return an item that they mis-shipped (ordered 6" cold cathodes, they sent 12", invoice said 6"). That's something Newegg doesn't even do (and yes, I've gotten the wrong item from Newegg before).

Plenty of good online retailers. Let's keep supporting them with our business.

FrozenCPU is fantastic, but expensive... I also love bigfootcomputers.com for Canadian, but they are also expensive.
