i ordered a enermax temp monitoting drive rack last sunday
and they shipped it on monday, i recieved it on wed, it was
defective the one probe display did not work, so i called them
and they said they will ship me a new one , which they did on the same day i called them, so i recieved the replacement on saturday, i was amazed
that they shipped the replacement without first having to return the
broken one, they even sent me a $3.50 stamp to ship them back the broken one. So my props goes out to some high quality customer service, i would
not hesitate to buy from them again
