Question 2 - I'm still torn on 2500k vs 2600k; if I drop down to a 2500k I could spring for the 128gb Crucial M4 or just come in under budget. I'm sure the 2500k will be more than enough for me, but I also don't plan on upgrading (other than possibly a video card) for 3 years.

i5 2500k is enough for you.

yeah, I did give in and drop it down to the i5-2500k. otherwise I have ordered as is.

Mobo is a bit overpriced, and the RAM isn't a good deal outside of the combo. Swapping to the i5 2500K would be my other recommendation, but you took care of that.
