proper way to install drivers for ECS sis735 mobo?

hey
in a few days, i will be receiving my new motherboard, so i wanted to be prepared when it comes. can you guys help me figure out how to setup win2k sp2 on the new motherboard? my hardware is the following:

ECS K7S5A
amd 1 gig thunderbird
512mb ddr 2100 crucial ram
radeon 32mb ddr LE
i'll be using onboard LAN card
sonic impact s100

i'm just not clear about what BIOS to use? (should i use the unofficial ones, or official ones), what AGP drivers to install, VIA drivers?, and so on, and what order to install them in?
