proper temps for p3 700?

My parents computer keeps crashing unexpectedly ever since we swapped out the mobo. I'm thinking it might be head relelated. I used Hmonitor to grab these temps:

Temps:
mainboard - 28c
CPU1 - 29.5c

Cooling fans:
Power 4753rpms
CPU1 0rpms (??)

Voltages:
+12v - 12.22v
-12v - 11.71v
+5v - 5.06v

Core - + 1.65v
Aux - 1.30v
I/O 3.26v

These temps are with the case door off.

Specs on the machine:

P3 700
Acorp 6A81EPD mobo
ATI rage video
no sound card
Belkin NIC

Are these temps normal?

Your CPU rpm is 0 probably because you don't have a fan on the heatsink. I think this is just fine since P3 don't put out a lot of heat. Your temp seems fine. I personally don't think it is heat related but rather power related. What did you upgrade from? Do you have enough juice powering the system. I recommend at least 250W.

I'll give you the numbers off of my P3 700 for you to compare.
Your numbers are italics, mine are bold. I used Asus Probe for my readings.

Temps:
Motherboard - 28c; 35c
CPU1 - 29.5c; 41c

Cooling fans:
Power - 4753rpms; None
CPU1 - 0rpms (??); 5357rpm
CPU2 - None; 5357rpm

Voltages:
+12v - 12.22v; 11.491v
-12v - -11.71v; -11.489v
+5v - 5.06v; 4.892v

Core - +1.65v; 1.68v
Aux - 1.30v; N/A
I/O - 3.26v; 3.52

Specs on my machine:

P3 700
Asus P3V4X
ATI Radeon 8500LE
SB Live 5.1

You're CPU is running a good bit cooler than mine. Since my system is stable, even while oc'd to 933MHz, so I don't think heat is the cause of your problem. Maybe you could try to up the core voltage a bit if you can, 0.05v at a time, and see if that makes a difference. Also, mastay's question about the PSU is a good one. I have a 300W PSU, and haven't had any stability problems. Hope you get this worked out. Peace.

just checked and its only a 140w power supply. It's made by Deer.

Well, I definitely think it is your power supply now. Any way, get something along the lines of 300W now so you insure upgradeability in the future. The raidmax SVC carries seems okay.
