Okay. I've removed everything mentioned in the Symantec and every other writeup on this goddamn thing that I can find - but it still returns on a regular basis. I'm SICK of hitting ctrl-alt-del and expecting task manager and instead getting nothing. And it's keylogs are REALLY pissing me off.
Interestingly, Symantec, etc. only have documentation of this varient being transmitted via Kazaa - which is not, has not, and never will be installed.
So, how do I kill it once and for all, and how the hell do I prevent it from appearing again, despite never having so much as touched an executable that didn't either come from a manufacturer or my own compiler? I don't even freaking use Outlook Express or IE - so it can't be a hack based in them that explains the constant reinfection.
