Proper RAID 0 Stripe Size?

After ordering all the parts for a new machine and having (most all of) them arrive, I'm going to start assembling my machine this Friday. I chose an ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe as my motherboard and I'm using two Western Digital Raptor 74 GB drives and I'd like to use them in a RAID 0 configuration, the only problem is, I don't know anything about setting up a RAID array of any kind, nor do I have any idea of what the proper stripe size should be for maximum performance!

If anyone could shed some light on this subject I would certainly appreciate it!
Thanks in advance everyone.

I have nearly an identical system and I just left it at Optimal during the NVRAID utility setup which I think equates to 64k and from what I hear that should suffice.

I believe a stripe size of 32K is a good all purpose size. If you deal with alot of large files 64K would be better. My MSI manual claims 32K as the 'Optimal" size with a range of permissible sizes being between 4K - 128K.
