Proper order of driver installation on an AMD 761 / Via 686b board with Win2K?

Setting up my EPoX EP-8K7A...

Things I know I need to install:
AMD 761 chipset driver
AMD 761 registry patch (LargePageMinimum)
DirectX 8.0a
Nvidia 12.00 drivers (WHQL certified for now)

Things I _may_ need to install:
Via IRQ routing
Via IDE (I only have an IDE CD-ROM, the rest of my machine is SCSI. Do I still need the driver?)
Via USB driver

What would be the proper order of installing these components?

It's not really that much of a big deal, but do, motherboard drivers, directx8, video, then sound last.
