Quick question ...

Can anybody tell me a safe, stable temperature on a non-overclocked Duron 750? I have a Thermaltake Volcano II and I'm usually right around (according to Via Hardware Monitor and Hmonitor) between 28-38 degrees Celsius.

Thanks a lot.

Ya, you're fine :)

edit: if that duron gets close to 50C...i'd say back off the OC (if you do OC it).

38C load could b lower, but it's perfectly fine :)

Heat only concern me if the temp is over 65C. As long as the system is stable...no worry.

Duron 750 @ 945 (135*7). Perfectly stable @ 42-51C depending mostly on room temp.

hmmm
well i have a duron 650 @ 850 idling at 52(hehe). This is due to the fact that the HSF that i have is made by coolermaster and is definatly not intended to cool really well... but... my comp runs just fine *crosses fingers* and it has been o/ced for the last 12 months. So 28-38 is great.
