The context of that is very important. A good Powerpoint presentation will only have information on it that is a vague summary of what the speaker is saying, not the entire thing he/she is going to say verbatim. I suspect that "First Human Mission to the Moon" entry is regarding CEV, whatever it is. In context it would be "first human-manned CEV mission to the Moon."

I disagree. The way it's stated there will raise the same sort of snickers in the audience as it is here, and some asshat who has it on their agenda to derail things anyway will raise his hand and make a big deal about it.

Powerpoint is a terrible communications medium to begin with.
