I'd point out that this is pretty much a low-budget project. At least, as low-budget as anything made by Porsche can be. 😀

The guy's other car is a fox-body Mustang that looks like it's been in an accident. Doesn't stop it from outrunning Ferraris, though.

And there's a lot of Ferraris in Saudi Arabia.

Well, when you do all the fab and work yourself the cost goes waaayyy down. When you hear about these custom cars at shows like SEMA where they say they have $1,000,000.00 in the car, most of it is labor for fab work and labor for the install, it's not the parts.

I'd like to see it run, doesn't look like he's quite finished yet.
