cutter, texas a&m has an engineering school there and some of them have come over here for a few weeks and they all call their country cutten.

It depends.

The American and British way is CUT-TAR.

The Arabic way is KUTH-UR.

I would imagine the Arabic way would be proper since they named it.

Its the souther drawl thing, very common here in Texas.

No, not luther.

Um, more lke CUT (but with a H at the end) and UR (like the ending of gutter)
