Hello.

I was wondering if any of you know some good places to promote your website. Someone recommended adbrite.com, but I'm not sure what adbrite is for.. the main page lets you browse for text/banner ads that you can place on other websites? but when I google adbrite and read some threads about it people say it's an alternative to Adsense.. Huh?

If you have any useful information, please help me out.
 
What you want to do is start a new account here on AT, with the black man avatar. Post a thread in OT, a thread in Hot Deals, and a thread in P&N, with titles like ":Q AMAZING video...this guy is insane!", "SMOKING HOT deal on a x1900xtx", and "Bush planning Iran invasion in '07", respectively.

Nothing beats linking. Getting linked by other people is a stamp of approval for search engines. Try to find people in your genre and exhange links with them

Yah, did that. Got like 30 or so sites linking to me. So far (3months) have a Google PR of 3, and a predicted PR of 5.
