Promoting freeware with WebAttack.com--suggestions?

Hello all--we just got our freeware project BitWise Chat posted on WebAttack.com (link) and I was wondering if anyone else has any experience with webattack and what other promotion options work well. We are willing to spend some money, but nothing huge at this point.

Further, if anyone has any suggestions for other good sites to submit software to, that would be good information as well.
