Promise Ultra 66 Mod.?

Does anyone know if there is a way to Mod. or hack a Promise Ultra 66 card so it will run Ultra 100??

I only know how to make it Fasttrack66.
If you'll find a way to make it Ultra100 please post, that would be usefull.

first problem you'll have is getting it clocked at 100MHz, if memory servers the ttl is running at 66, so it'll have to be swapped for a 100MHz one... The other components might not handle it.

Ah OH well, I decided to just brake down and buy a ATA 133 card!

A Promise Ultra 100 can be hacked. I beleive I have the paperwork on that somewhere here in my file cabinet.
