Promise Ultra 100, Abit BX6r2 freezes???

I installed my promise ultra 100 and it POSTs fine, but when I went into Windows XP it blue screened. I switched back to onboard IDE and Windows XP works except anything to do with My Computer or the start menu...(long freeze).

Any ideas? My setup:
Slot: Card

AGP: Creative TNT2Ultra AGP
1: MX300
3: Tekram 390F
4: Promise Ultra 100
5: Linksys 100 ethernet
