Promise IDE controller and FSB increases.

Are there any others out there who overclock and have Promise/Maxtor IDE Controller?

Anything above a 136fsb (136/34/Off), and my IDE controller doesn't get recognized.

Is it just my system, or are these ide controllers THAT sensitive
 
I have the Ultra 66 from Promise. It says in the manual that it wont work at other speeds or something like that. I do most of my OC'ing with the multiplier so I don't run into any problems.
