Promise ide contoller vs nforce onboard ide

I have a Promise Ultra 133 ide card laying around and was wondering if I would see any performance increase vs using the onboard nforce2 ide controller on my Abit NF7-v2 motherboard. Anybody think it is worth my time.
 
The drives are not in any way gated by the performance of the IDE bus. Modern hard drives push maybe 65MB per second sustained or so absolute max. You're not going o be able to notice any speed difference with a different controller.
