Promise ATA-100 Controller and Overclocking?

I just ordered a new Promise ATA-100 controller since my mobo is a bx and does not support anything higher than UDMA-33. Just wanted to know if anyone is using it and overclocking their systems? Any probs with it... and how are your speeds.. I am getting a MAXTOR 30 GIG 7200RPM ATA-100 drive with that on my P3-800e.
