I believe it is. Whether it comes with the adapter or not is another question. But there is definitely an adapter for it out there. Look at frozen cpu, heatsink factory or wherever and look under the specifications.
Yes; I have experience with the Megahelems, Rev.2, Megashadow and Super Mega. They all perform.. identically. The Megashadow (which I still use) is a black Megahalems... The super Mega has a few Copper fins inserted, replacing a like number of aluminum ones, and It performs similarly.
In my experience any cooler built by Prolimatech has been the shit.
Yes, it works with the 1155's. I built a i7 2600K rig this past weekend using the Megahalem. The back-plate was modified to work with the 1155, as well as the 775,1156, and 1366.
I had two CM Excalibur's lying around and mounted them on; they seem to be working OK. I running the 2600 @4.7 using 1.33 volts and the Prime95 temps are running between 64' and 68'. I read later the Excalibur's don't really excel as heat-sink fans, so I may think about replacing them later.
