Topic in the title. What are some home projects you did yourself that in retrospect you wish you had hired someone to do?

Knowing what you can do is important. My repair/renovation list.

Replaced my roof.
Built a waterproof patio cover.
Installed a paver patio.
Replaced all of my windows and sliding door.
Complete kitchen remodel. (I subbed out the granite counter tops)
Two complete bath remodels.
Replaced all interior doors and trim, cased all the new windows with wood.
Installed strand bamboo flooring throughout the house.
Installed can lights and ceiling fans in various rooms.
Added on a small home office.
Built a custom entertainment center in my family room.
Removed the popcorn ceilings and skimmed them smooth.
Replaced the floor to ceiling closet doors with 6'8" doors and filled in the headers.
Completely landscaped the front yard with a gravity wall, drought resistant plants, and drip watering. Planted a a 4' Oak tree that's now about 40' tall (wish I had thought that one through a bit more).
Painted the inter and exterior a couple of times.
Replaced the garage door a couple of times.
Built a couple hundred feet of retaining wall.
Epoxied the garage floor.
Rebuilt a small deck at the front entry.
Converted my living room into a huge home office, may change it back when I sell.
Installed a granite floor in the entry.

I think that's it. Seems like there was more but I can't remember anything else right now.
My wife still has a "honey do" list that I'll likely never finish.

I mean, lots I would have prefered to have someone else do, but I'm cheap as shit and most of them I wouldn't have probably been able to afford to have someone do for me.

Main breaker panel
Generator transfer panel and wiring to exterior outlet
50amp outlet in garage
Multiple additional electrical outlets
Drainage system in both yards
Sump tank in yard with hard wired pump
Reworked a built in to a coffee nook
Lots of exterior landscaping work
Extended concrete patio
Partial fence rebuild

Still to do
Complete fence length rebuild (about 100ft)
Pergola over patio
Concrete paint and seal
Replace windows
Plumbing repipe
New water heater
Some irrigation work

I don't regret doing any of it; I think it is more accurate to say jobs you wouldn't do again!
In the end doing it yourself is only way to have complete control over the quality of the job.

I wish I had paid someone to paint the exterior of my house. It took effing forever to do and a crew could have done it in a couple days (small ranch house). They have the experience to quickly mask off things, and are better at operating a sprayer.
