Oddly enough, Major Nelson doesn't have a post on it. Turned on my 360 this morning on a whim and found it.

This is the Square Enix space shooter coming in July for $40.
 
I'll have to check it out 😀. I wonder if it will be super fun like R-Type used to be.

EDIT: It's downloading~ not sure if it's done yet since I started Overlord up before it.

EDIT 2: I gave it a try last night and I think I made a mistake by not going through the tutorial. It plays kind of like Starfox except you're free-roaming rather than set to a "tunneled" zone. I hope the retail version has Japanese voices, because the English voices were a bit too... umm weird?
