Details on the downloads:

1) The PGR2 Autoupdate includes data for the following 8 cars, all of which can be test driven in the Showroom. The BMW M3 CSL can also be used in all on-line and some off-line games (Time Attack, Split Screen, System Link, and Showroom). This download is large and will likely take longer to download than previous autoupdates for other games.

New Cars:
? BMW M3 CSL (unlocked for use in all on-line and some off-line games)
? BMW 645Ci (available only in the Showroom)
? Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z51 (available only in the Showroom)
? Ferrari 250TR (available only in the Showroom)
? Ferrari 288 GTO (available only in the Showroom)
? Ferrari 365 GTS4 (available only in the Showroom)
? Porsche 356 A Carrera Speedster (available only in the Showroom)
? TVR Cerbera Speed 12, Xbox Live Special Edition in British Racing Green (available only in the Showroom)

2) The Paris Booster Pack is premium content and includes 7 routes in the city of Paris and keys for the remaining 7 cars from Autoupdate 1.0 for use in all on-line and some off-line games (Time Attack, Split Screen, System Link, and Showroom). This is also a large download

Can you only get this is your xbox is live compatible? or is there someway to download it and transfer it to a modded box

only minor problem is it costs $4.99-

That doesn't bother me, but for alot of other players they are either just cheap, or wanna complain. I mean cmon, $4.99? Hold off on a Burger King run to save for it...

My brother needs to buy Live soon, I think :) He just bought an Xbox earlier this week and got Halo and PGR2. Been playing PGR2 like crazy. Side note: what's the easiest way to control Halo? I want to play it but I can't control it well enough to do anything but run across maps looking at the ground. If there was a way to make A, B, X, and Y be the move buttons and the left stick be the looking, that'd be awesome. Would be the closest to Turok-style controls that I can use (from N64 days).

Im sorry, this got me really excited. I've been wanting this downloadable content for a while, and wow! This was way more than I had expected.

The C6... and BMW 6 Series :D

I already downloaded it... did a lap around each track with each car... got bored and shut down my xbox.

Heh, I was doing extensive testing to see which is faster, the Z06 or the C6. Both runs had a few errors, but nothing so significant that it would automatically disqualify a car. I only did one run with each car on Nurburgring, so more testing is required of course.

I first ran the Z06 for a 7:36, and then I ran the C6 for a 7:32. The Z06 seems to be a much more stable car, I was able to execute that run on the first try. The C6 on the other hand seems to be a tad bit faster in the straights (which Nurburgring has alot of), It took me several runs before I managed to get a decent run (Not slamming into the wall early on).

I tried the Speed12, and I can't handle it, I always smash into everything, I didn't give it more than 10 minutes though. The Speed12 was nice because I had every car unlocked except the Speed12, so I pretty much have all the cars now. I always wanted to test the Speed12, but there was no way I could earn it legitly, and no way I'll spend $30 for that Action Replay.

I didn't do too much with the M3 CSL or the 625 Ci, just drove them around the Showroom track a few times, that was it.

Download doesn't cost too much, its definatly worth it to a hardcore PGR player, but for occasional players, I really don't believe its worth it for them. For me, I think it was nice to have, since I was a big PGR2 whore, but I don't play it as much now as I used to. I'm fine, $5 isn't a big deal, I'm not really disappointed or ecstatic about it.

Wow - it was a long time coming, but this is a pretty impressive upgrade. I can't wait to try the 288 GTO, which is on my short list of all-time favorite cars. I haven't used my XBox in quite a while, but this will get me back on.

You'd think San Francisco would be the most interesting geographically - none of the tracks in PGR2 have much in the way of vertical relief, and I know I have had fun catching air in real life in San Fran on many occasions!

Still haven't downloaded this pack yet... I tried to last night, but I forgot that I closed the credit card that Xbox Live has on record. And I didn't feel like taking the time to change it.

Maybe tonight. ;)

If you're going to be on old man you can take me around the track :) I'm pretty bad at PGR2 though, so I should be pretty easy to beat :)
