Just got it today, played the first Florence, Italy track and it was frickin amazing! Graphics, sounds, and driving physics. Overall 10/10 game... who else got it? I finished Florence with Seat .... the expert one-on-one got me a while to beat!

PGR short on tracks? Technically, no, they have many courses.

But many of the courses are rehashed though, Its rather hard to explain. There are several cities which is the main stage, but then there are different courses within the city, certain roads are closed/opened in different courses, so where there was a left turn before, there could be straight or a right turn, but its the same city. Hard to explain, but they are... technically different.

Agreed, it's a good thing that I fell asleep earlier. I wass on my way out to go get it and then when I woke up I read this thread and remembered about training. w00t!
 
Yup, great game.

I'm just moving through getting a silver on every track. I'm on roadsters right now.

After I get a look at all the cars, I'll go back and try to do better on everything so I can unlock all the cars.

Same here. Got my copy today and it's awesome. I think I finished the first 3 or 4 and am up to the SUV's. Also like the showroom and the ability to "test drive" the vehicles out. Highly Recommended.

XBOX is on a role lately, this is like it's 6th or 7th AAA title in the last month with 2 or 3 more to come this year 🙂.

What other 6 or 7 AAA titles have come out this month? I can assume Crimson Skies, GTA3 (deuce), this, R6. I know PoP comes out what, this week or next possibly?
 
In the last month you've had PGR2, GTA Double Pack, RS3, Crimson Skies, PoP, Amped 2, and Top Spin and within the next month you have Ninja Gaiden and Deus Ex: Invisible War.

Already beat PoP.

AWESOME game. Highly reccomended. I like it better than PGR2 even (though PGR2 has way more replayability of cource).
 
The platinum medals are too damn hard to get. Well, maybe I'll get better since I've only had it for 2 days.

So far my goal is to get gold in every race and I'm in the Coupe division right now. Great game. I love how the CPU likes to rub into your back half and spin you out of control.

How many hours of gametime does PoP have? I don't want it to be another Max Payne where you play it once and never pick it up again.
