Project for Part-time E6550?

In the new year I'll have a (stock) E6550 at home that will run about 4 hrs/day weekdays and more on weekend. It'll be a big boost over the celeron 600 (!) that I'm using now.

A key point will be long or no expiration of WUs - - at least so I can get through them in a meaningful time under those terms. I've been doing SoB, but that's taken me a year :Q to get through a full WU. I've done some S@H, FAD, D2OL over the years.

Ideas? Anyone with experience of a similar situation?

Yes, I think projects with shorter WUs are your cup of tea: e.g. malariacontrol.net, enigma, µFluids, Cosmology@home and others. Most of these WUs take 1½ - 2 hours to crunch ...
 
I think Enigma would be a good choice for ya. AFAIK the wu there are about two-three hours. It also has some very active TA-members, like SAK, Phillippart, NWM, Danzigrules and others.
You'll be in good company there. 😛
