Progress DB questions... time issues.

Does anyone here have any experience with Progress Databases?

I have a client with a legacy app running on win2k server and it uses a Progress DB.

Did the DST fix a few weeks back, and the server shows the correct time, but the program that pulls info from the DB is an hour behind.

If I change the time on the server up an hour, it shows the correct time. (it stays 1 hr behind whatever Windows is set to)

Anyone have any suggestions?

I found some articles about changing the TZ=est5 to TZ=est5edt in autoexec.bat, but that is for dos based systems.. and not for Win2k.

TIA!
