Progress 8.6 Database Password Recovery

Hi All,

I have a client with a legacy app running on win nt 4.0 server and it uses a Progress 8.6 DB.

The old DB Admin had issues with the company and left but didn’t leave the DB admin password. We need to recover the password to be able to do anything with the database.

Anyone have any suggestions?
