Programs to record use of computer

Hey guys I think my roommate is using my computer to try to hack some accounts at school. Is there any software I can put on that will like record what happens on the computer so I can see if he really is. I don't want to format and put NT/2000/or XP on. Thanks

the pages he's been to should be in the history folder
