I have several older windows 95 games that I would like to play again. These games were made around when pentium 166s were the top of the line, and where unfortunately not coded for future machines, like my Celeron 700 with Win98. So everything happens really really fast and I'm unable to do anything.
I heard of some programs, a while back, that would make your computer think it was slower, but I have no idea where to start my search. Any ideas would be helpfull.
