Programs to control fan speeds?

I have an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro socket 775 cooler, and i noticed that the fan speeds are very very low...around 500-800rpm's. But i have friends who have theirs set at about 2500rpm's and they say that is the max arctic states it will run. I would like to be able to control the rpm speed of my fan and my bios doesnt let me actually control the amount it only gives me the options of PWM, and Intel QST but that isnt what I want. So can anyone tell me any programs that can control my fan speeds?

the sensors are usually not accurate in speedfan, but you should still be able to control them. Did you try changing the speed in speedfan?
