Programs for data connection to CDMA phones?

I have a Samsung A840 and got a USB data cable off the internet, but can't find any software that will allow me to pull the camera photos off the phone's camera. (Bitpim would be perfect but it crashes out a lot on me.) Does anyone know of or use a program that does things like this? (and/or syncs contacts, uploads ring tones, wallpapers, etc.)

Picture offloading has only been recently possible. The pioneers in this area have a product called Snap Media.

I haven't tried it, but I am going to download it and check it out. I have DataPilot, and that won't do it.

bitpim...but since you say it crashes a lot...i guess snapmedia works too.
