Programming XCode with Linux

yes, it's possible, However, what will you gain? What language are you trying to program in? linux has quite a few compilers for several languages and platforms, you might be better off using a native IDE and compiler.

I'm trying to program in XCode 3.0 for programming iPhone apps. Apple iPhone SDK is only for Mac OS X so I'm trying to find a way around it.

There is no way around it. The closest thing to a work-around is to build a hackintosh.
