Programming Ring Tones? Any one do it manually? websites?

Ok, I have a Motorola v66 so I can't download ringtones (w/ T-mobile). But I do know there is a feature on the phone that lets you program in your own custom tones. Is there any websites or programs that let you convert a midi file to like the proper letter/number sequence to get it play that tone?
