Need a Windows DLL which has been optimized, for AMD, and P4 with SSE added for floating point calcs.

I'm a programming geek who doesn't have a Windows C compiler that can do DLLs (that I know of). 🙁 But what is it you want to do?

If you're just looking for a free CAS, try Maxima. But it looks like there's a Windows version of yacas, too. 😕
